3) I guarantee we will be on strike in less than six months including the cool off period if TSA doesn't step up (and let's face it, they probably won't)

Oh no!!! 6 Months, what will they ever do? Hire replacements!! Get a real union and walk off now, f management.

At some point, if working conditions cannot be improved, I would rather lose a lousy job to see the owner lose his lousy Company. It can just boil down to those basics!

Pay is certainly low at TSA. What regional isn't? But as far as the qol it's on par with other places. If it's that bad at TSA then it must be really golden at other regionals. Good pilots, FAs, good ground support, the schedules were good with most at least 12 hours of rest as well as block or better. What more could you ask for? As long as you stayed away from the "prison", everything was great at TSA. Certainly not worth burning it down.

Please don't speak about life at TSA, especially now since you no longer work here.

There you have it folks. Former TSA pilots are NOT allowed to speak their opinions about their former employer per Nwa_contrails.

CX880 is not a waterskier. He cannot and does not speak for TSA pilots. If he wants to go on record for TSAH then fine. His mind-numbingly misinformed comments can speak for themselves.

Great, another 90%+ strike vote. Means nothing.

ALPA hasn't had that kind of balls since 1985.

Yeah, nevermind the '89 EAL strike, the '98 NWA strike, the '01 CMR strike, or the '05 MSA near-strike. You don't really know your airline or ALPA history very well, do you?

Didn't management regain lost ground at NWA and CMR?
