How does the transition period work when on a 7on7off schedule? If your bid period ends and another begins is there the possibility of being on a 14day on or off duty period? Thanks.

The seam tables are very hard to decode, however, there are no seams that will require you to work 14 days without a break. The normal transition looks like a 7 on- 3or 4 off- 7 on. The weeks slide 3 or 4 days that's all. Depending on which line you're on and which line you're going to, you may work more days than a normal month or you may work a day less.

Like I said, the seam tables are a bear to read and who knows what it will be like after next Friday. Can't wait to see the seams for the new 18 day fixed and the 15 day flex!

I don't think it's any different from our current reserve-to-7/7 seam. Just need minimum days off per your last tour, then you start your 7/7 schedule.
