The website says along with the time requirements all candidates for hire must be 23. I was told by someone thats because they want everybody to be able to upgrade on the 170 asap? that sounds pretty thin. are they really turning ppl down that are younger than that? by the time i'm no longer under contract at my current employer, i will be around 2400TT/1400Multi, but still 6 months shy of my 23rd b-day. any takers?
