After watching Cubs and BoSox fans torture themselves for decades, I stopped watching football after Elway led the Broncos to their second Super Bowl win. As far as I know - as far as I WANT to know - John Elway is still the Broncos quarterback and he's leading the team to a Super Bowl win every year.
Please don't shatter my alternate reality by telling me something cruel like Elway retired and the Broncos are no longer playing more than 16 games a year. :bawling:
