I don't see the corporate world being as keen on hiring 65 year old retirees as they were to hire age 60.

Although, if a pilot shortage actually occurs, maybe they will have no choice.

I've seen too many aircraft owners proud of the fact that they employ retired B777 or 747 CAs, as though they are super pilots. Pretty comical.

GeezerMeter Bylaws:

Volume 8, Chapter 19, Page 546, Paragraph XVIMCI states:

"In the last 5 days of the countdown, if said poster posts before Midnight Whatacentral time; 5 minutes are added to the spot time of the post and any further posts that night are considered null and void."

I like how this thread is going like every single Age 60+ guy is just going to tank out in 4 days from now. There's hardly any retirements this month, and very little in 2013. We'll see what happens a few years from now, but in aviation anything more than a year from now is like a lifetime away.
