How about the ATR CA who wrote up, individually, some 40 seats on an ATR? That one took the cake!

There was a 50-seater a few months ago with something like 23-arm rests written up for scratches or tears. I thought it was a typo on the release until I verified it in the MX can.

After your campaign is over, you still don't get anything from a company that doesn't care what your demands are. You just pissed off a bunch of passengers. You're still a F*#@ing idiot...

In the fall of '07 a slow down after 5 years of negotiations got the contract finished in 2 weeks. The company is more responsible for the effect on the pax because they know going in what the ramifications of their actions against front line employees may be.

The company said PBS would be win-win for everyone. We would have control of our schedules and better QOL and they would have efficiency. The Mar trips prove they don't care about QOL for flight crews and in fact the way they built trips kills performance because the schedules are unsustainable even with total cooperation of the crews.

They blatantly violated the agreement for PBS, in the opinion of most pilots to harass the crews, and the person responsible has lost his job.

Why can't airline mgmts see from LUV the benefit of treating people right? Why does middle mgmt go back to their old tricks when BH isn't around? Hopefully this merger will bring a new group into the GO that shares the view of putting ALL front line employees first and everything else will fall into place.

PS: Mechanics make tons in OT.
