My quals My time: 2700 total PIC or SIC (3700 hours before removing all my "other" time) 1200 pic C-17 IP Start Nov 12th 3 Military interviewed on my day, the other two had much more flight experience and were not selected. How much time someone has must not be everything. -

DELTA vs SWA from another thread....
Does anyone know for sure if Delta allows you to "drop" trips as long as they can be covered? What is the current contract ruling on this? In this post it seems that this friend is freeing up time by "giving away" his flying. What is that all about? -

Any chance? Have you ever heard of someone flying only large aircraft in the military (C-17) getting hired at NJI. I have a friend that I fly with now, but he also had 1000 GIV before the C-17.- TCMC17RES

Kermit - I tossed around about this but in the end I think they are specifically removing other time from PIC. Anyways. How did you fly the 38? -

other time What are you doing about "relief" time. I didn't have trouble splitting out the IP time, but I think they want you to remove all other time from your PIC. Is that how you interpreted that? The other thing I am worried about is I have the mins if they allow the 0.3 per sortie... -

relief pilot? I assumed "relief pilot" was other time. I removed all other time from my PIC because I didn't want to get my one chance at an interview and surprise them with bad minimums. -

USAF Reserve -vs- Air Guard
