CAL/UAL merger statistics
A fair integration of the AWA/AAA seniority list already occured. OK, I know USAPA will impose DOH, because thats just the way it is supposed to be. You all knew DOH was not part of ALPA meger policy, so why did you legally agree to the process? -

I am not sure what video, you are speaking of. The PHX roadshow videos are the one I am speaking of. He clearly said that he expected USAPA to prevail in a representation vote in the case of a UAL/LCC merger. -

Amazing how many people will vote for McCain. He is as Anti-labor as it gets, yet airline pilots will trip over themselves to vote for him. Again, it will be about the three G's and not the really important issues. Nothing like voting against your own self interests. -

With Oil at $120 a barrel and climbing with no end in sight, it doesn't really matter........ Mergers don't change the price of oil. Airlines will park airplanes and raise fares. It is the only option. All of us are screwed........Period. -

MCDU, What does the AWA contract have to do with AAA pilots. Our contracts were both negotiated well before this merger. USAPA and many of your pilots have told the AWA pilots that LOA 93 works just fine. So, whats your point? BTW, how large were those profit sharing checks at AAA between... -

Well see the East's true colors if a LOA 93 contract gets put out to a vote, with USAPA's promised renegotiation of the seniority list. I think most the East pilots will sh!t themselves. Ten more years of LOA 93. Kinda like working at a regional. Just bigger airplanes. So nice to have all my... -

As a matter of fact I do. Ha! So tell me what in my post is not a fact. You could argue that a judge might throw out the Nic. Unfortunately, never once in case law has it happened over a seniority arbitration. Everything else in my post is 100% factual. -

And you are 100% wrong. USAPA inherits all previous agreements, contracts, LOA's, etc, etc. And BTW the company officially accepted the Nicolau decision. In writing, and a judge will never touch it. You should get your facts straight before you post. -
