    Make up your fuvking mind!

You know some other sap will be all over this job, which will reinforce their thoughts that we should shut up and confine ourselves to contritely asking 'how high'.

    Make up your fuvking mind!

I think I won't give notice of quitting. Next time they call for a trip I will accept and then show up.....but refuse to fly. I will give an angry, long-winded, arm-waving tirade about how they are going no place today just so that they can see for themselves what it is like to be constantly...

    Make up your fuvking mind!

I have a gig where the organization calls about 2x per month and I go for a 1/2 day or a day's flight. They are totally scatterbrained and cannot keep a schedule. I am at my wit's end with them this week. I got a call about 10 days ago; 'need you Thurs the 7th'. Then Monday it was off. Tues...

    SEA Sonic booms

Its all a secret service decision. The prez can decline it but they have a relationship and such an action would sour it pretty quickly. I am all for no mo tfrs,...just explaining what I know of how it works. And the vote in Nov will change little unless a new prez is willing to stare down...

    funny if not so true

This would be funny if it wasn’t true! Ok. Does any of this sound vaguely familiar? A must-read for young aviation aspirants. Life as a Pilot 22 years old: Graduated from college. Go to military flight school. Become hot shot fighter pilot. Get married. 25 years old: Have...

    "Go Direct to..."

we got a direct the other day, looked like it bypassed a big dogleg on the map.....watched the fuel remaining and it saved....20lbs of fuel (figured it would be worth at least a hundred or two)

    Weather deviations through Mexico Airspace

No. I was told once that to do so would require considerable coordination.....ie possible - but if there are alternatives available (I suspect even if you have to divert so far north you have to make a fuel stop) you aren't likely to see it happen.

    Operating costs on Citations

How about those ramp fees? We are seeing 150-200$ if you no buy gas. CJ 1200/hr all up costs, no insurance

Can you purposely deny a paying passenger boarding based on a grudge???

Your average business can deny you service if they don't like you, not sure about airlines. If someone thinks they are different I would like to see the regulation or some case law.

Hounded by feds, smeared by media

I have it on good authority that this pilot is a stand-up guy who would have nothing to do with anything illegal. I think all the accusations in the article are likely exaggerations or simply untruths. This is what we have to look forward to if we hook up with the wrong type of pax.

    Pay-to-Pee

I bet we get folks wearing diapers, or figuring other ways to avoid the pay toilet, if this comes about. Maybe a bunch will revolt, and wear bathing suits - just pee in the seats, til they change the policy back.
