I personally believe, that U.S. Americans, are unable to do so, because uh,
some, people out there, in our nation don’t have maps. and uh…
I believe that our education like such as in South Africa, and the Iraq, everywhere like such as… and, I believe they should uh, our education over here, in...
Oh please don't say that, or we'll have to listen to them trying to take credit for Delta's profit. "Don't think it's just a coincidence that after the acquisition Delta became profitable." " A simple thank you would suffice." They'll almost break their arms patting themselves on the back.
My guess is it's about what 8 people voted on and never included the "majority."
I would consider the lawsuit more about suing 7 individuals rather than suing the union.
I don't believe that for one second. The ones that you refer to as cowards only changed their stance because they learned the truth of what was going on. You guys were only telling half the story. You were selectively sending information out to the pilots. You never educated pilots on the risk...
Yikes! Flashbacks........ as a side note to this "bang our head against a brick wall," debate. Remember that two of the three scheduling masterminds behind this are now entrenched in Dallas in the same capacity.
They are shutting down our airline! They are getting rid of 88 of our planes. They are even paying the competition to take them. (of course that was all a bluff according to the MEC members at the time) I'm sure a long drawn out arbitration battle would have given us great security seeing that...
That dumb decision has nothing to do with it. Management still hasn't followed any agreements so far except to not pay the AirTran side swa wages. I don't see how it would be any different.
No they are completely disregarding our LOA with them. You obviously know nothing of our transition bid. The LOA states they will follow the transition bid. It's on page 3 if you have access to it. It's also in black and white.
Wrong! It was out of seniority based on the transition bid SWA/ FO award. It could be awarded out of seniority if you were based in MCO or MKE and on the transition bid with a SWA/FO award. There were only 707 SWA slots on the transition bid and the above mentioned and 2 on the current award...
Oh to the contrary. It's only being awarded to our MCO pilots. Next bid will be awarded to a hire date of 10/18/2010 (post announcement) out of MCO. Therefore skipping all of the senior ATL FO's.
