The negotiators can't do their thing without our support. There is no outside leverage to be had as the company isn't buying there's a pilot shortage.

Sorry to be so blunt, but if you're not going to support our union and our negotiators you are harming my family and I. We need a deal. We won't get one if you and others are going to be limp dicked tag alongs. Man up or resign. We're still fighting for the survival of our company along with our profession. Quite frankly, you're getting quite heavy.

I'm Flexjet but to copy the sentiment some are using in our own drive, A-friggin-men.

Please keep us here on Flight Info apprised of the opportunities to stand with you on the picket line. If I'm off and in town, I'll come stand with you.

It is much appreciated. Any Flex pilot wearing one of our strike pins will never pay for a beer in my presence.

I left for a major fifteen months ago. Last month I grossed 15k plus 20 percent for retirement. G4 you are hurting peoples families. You are hurting the profession. You have been whining for the last three years and hemming and hawing like a scared little puppy. Quit being the company paid puppet. Stop working against your fellow Netjet piilots.

I will be missing out on 2 evenings with my kids, 30,000 points for the hotel, driving 1100 miles round trip, and will likely be rained upon to be in CMH for this.

G4, what's your excuse for not being there? When the new CBA gets voted in, are you planning on enjoying the fruits of our labor, or are you going to tell the company you don't want all the money and time off? If you are planning on taking the fruits if my labor, my time with my kids, the mileage on my vehicle, and points out of my account, (which I'm guessing you will), then you need to man up, polish your shoes, grab a sign, and walk in circles.

You need to be thanking everyone who is campaigning for your career.

Very much so. I think the regime in place knows how important it is to get it done however.

If they did it would have been done by now. Or at least by their own 90 day time frame.

I'm always amazed that no matter what history has shown everyone goes back to the same playbook.

It's pretty sad actually.

Thank you for giving up time with your family so people like G4 and myself can benefit.

I'll always remember what you guys have given up to do things like that. Pilots like G4 will look back and say he was right the pilot shortage did cause the better contract.

G4, please just stop. Sadly you make us all look like idiots. The union NC has for almost two and one half years, asked YOU to step up. Unfortunately you believe that some economic future reality will be our savior, that's not the mind of a realist at work, it's someone that would buy snake oil....

Reality is we need all fractional pilots to,show up and help our cause, especially when the likes of G4 won't do it. He's a 1%er, that will never lift a hand, the rest of us appreciate all of your help.

I actually believe the regime in place DOES understand how important it is to get it done.

Problem is, the man in Omaha refuses to give them the CASH to GET it done. So, a little reminder is in order.

Dude, it's time to join the fray. It worked getting rid of the idiot lawyer, just like I told you it would. Sitting on your hands waiting for the pilot shortage fairy to grant your new salary wishes AIN'T going to make it happen.

I left NJA for a major a few months ago and I'll be there in DAL helping to replace at least one freeloader. Even though I don't work there anymore, a rising tide lifts all boats, and I'll do anything I can to help you guys get what you deserve. Keep fighting!
