No ambulance to chase yet, but the "sharks that can swim on the land" have started to circle;

"Ribbeck Law has filed a petition for discovery against Boeing Co, manufacturer of the aircraft, and Malaysian Airlines, operator of the plane in a Cook County, Illinois Circuit Court. The petition is meant to secure evidence of possible design and manufacturing defects that may have contributed to the disaster, the law firm said."

"Though both Boeing and Malaysia Airlines were named in the filing, the focus of the case will be on Boeing, Ribbeck's lawyers told reporters, as they believe that the incident was caused by mechanical failure."

"The lawsuit, soon to be filed, would seek millions of dollars of compensation for each passenger and ask Boeing to repair its entire 777 fleet."

I wonder how many families they can attract since the majority of the passengers were Chinese citizens. Guess their rainmakers have been busy since the plane went missing.
And that's why they'll find this airplane and reconstruct it with as many parts as they can find. To prove they're not at fault.

We need a plane full of lawyers to disappear.

Old joke: what do you call a bus load of lawyers going over a cliff? A good start.

CVR and FDR are lost to Davy Jones' locker. We will never know.
I don't think so. And since this was a sudden catastrophic event there will 200+ cell phones with plenty of video on them to tell some of the story. I'm sure they were all running until the air or the batteries ran out. Whether they depressurized at start or stalled in at the end, they knew something was wrong at some point and would have had their cameras running. Not like Air France where they probably just thought it was a rough ride until the hull split open and they were in the water.

Unless smoke inhalation killed them right away. Then there will be nothing from anyone except CVR and FDR.

Interesting that a plane could supposedly fly for another 7+ hours with a fire.i guess there is a possibility the fire was extinguished shortly after all the people were though.

My mistake. I meant to say that "since this was not a sudden catastrophic event . . . "

As such, there would be time to get cell phone cameras out, just like the inflight videos shown on youtube.

CNN is pure evil . Yet i still watch. The retard news anchor kept saying , was the 777 really meant for this type of flight. Are two engines really enough for over water operations??? Some one shoot her please.

Exactly. But maybe not shortly. The cargo halon continues for 180 min after being activated. The smoke could've killed everyone and then the fire was eventually suppressed.
