Mesa MGMT will be paying 50 seat base rate pay on the E-175. All vacations and DH pay will be paid at 50 seat rate on a E-175

MESA MGMT will not allow a CRJ pilot to bid over to the E-175. Seniority means nothing then at Mesa

-So while RJET will pay nearly $50 an hour at end of contract for FO's. Mesa mgmt will be paying 27.50 per hour.

All new hires will NOT EVER UPGRAGE despite what MGMT will say. The numbers do not add up.

Mesa MGMT has stalled on contact talks.

It should be noted that Mesa pilots can expect to be Junior assigned flying
on your scheduled day/days off. If you inform the company that you are not
available on your day off because of a commitment such as a doctors appointment
family event-child's birthday Etc; the company will penalize you with a UFW
(unavailable for work). A UFW goes on attendance record and can potentially lead to termination.

Mesa Mgmt continues to treat its pilots poorly. The slow to zero contracts talks are the indicator.

New hires will never upgrade and be subjected to the poor work rules and even poorer pay.

NEW HIRES STAY AWAY !

Those looking at going to Mesa PLEASE do your research. Don't bring this industry down. Plenty of better places to go.

The only other places to go are Compass and SkyWest for most pilots. The other regionals don't seem to be much better.
Anyway, where is Mesa getting their 175 pilots from? Can the CRJ FOs bid over to either 175 CA or FO positions? Or is Mesa hiring off the street pilots to fly these planes? Hmmm

Just curious on the 175 saga :)

Has Mesa ALPA requested or considering NMB mediation?
