Well, the cat's out of the bag....he couldn't fly very well.
Here's what ANA is doing about it.

Seems to me they would be way better off putting in about 100 hrs of tailwheel, aerobatic and soaring time and let them actually learn how to fly an airplane. You can either work well with a crew or you can't, if your a jerk, training in "multi crew ops" won't due much. But if you don't have basic flying skills, you are going to be weak no matter what other kind of training you are going to get.

So they couldnt figure out the 3/1 method on the approach, is this really why they crashed.

Even stick and rudder skills werent required to do this landing.
