A friend of mine got called by a 312 (IL) area code and missed it 'cause he was on another call. When he returned the call, it was "USairways" calling to fill Dec. 13 interview class. He said they had already filled the class but because the call was returned, he would be put into the cue for an interview in Jan. 3 apps in.
I was in the Oct 28th class apparently there were 2 classes in Nov, and a class in dec due to the holidays, and then they are planning 2 a month for the foreseeable future. PM me if you want more info,
I was told only 1 big class in nov.
The one Nov class to date was 31 people right?

I am (almost) afraid to ask, but when is the east/west fence going to fall? Remember the AB east/west difference distance learning training in 3Q13?
Flying each others airplanes and able to bid e/w bases?

Do you guys know if long call is still going to be available in January? Scheduling doesn't seem to know...
This is a gray area. The MOU makes no reference, but FAR 117 makes several references to it.
With all the commuters at AA/US I think we'll see both USAPA and APA specifically pursue some long call contractual language in addition to what 117 specifies.
