is CVG still a dom? are there plans to keep it? what AC are based there?

CVG still exists?

It's not a city until Southwest goes there according to some Herb Turds on another post.... (SMH)

Delta's smallest dom? how many crews based there?

CVG was a great deal for Delta.

They paid over 2 Billion dollars for Comair, then subsequently shut them down...for a return of zero. Now basically a ghost town.

It's actually a fairly profitable smaller base, primarily due to some large companies like Procter and Gamble having corporate headquarters there. There is a reason DL still flies to Paris CDG from there. If it weren't profitable, it would probably be gone by now, DTW is just up the road.... Thanks for your concern Red..... Btw, I thought you guys were going to build up ATL after you acquired AT? Your half of the C Concourse in ATL looks like a Ghost town too some parts of the day also...

Bye Bye---General Lee

Ghost town on the C concourse? I was there last week and every gate was full.

I was disappointed when the controller told us our sequence was number 8 behind 7 Delta Connection planes. I was laughing my @ss off.

I said parts of the day Red, you probably have a few busy pushes, compared to DL's constant pushes. Anyway, the controllers never say "you're number 8 behind 7 Delta Connection planes".... That might have been a fib on your part. Try not to exaggerate to try to make a point, anyone who flies often in ATL can see right through that.

But, I had a similar deal with a ground guy in Dusseldorf, oh wait, you guys will never go there.... Maybe it was Hobby? Nah, I never go there... Never mind....

Bye Bye---General Lee

sorry to interrupt the pissing contest, but how many pilots based there? a senior base?
