FN unbelievable!!

Tapatalk sucks major AZZZZZ!! Don't get it....

What are you talkin' about Willis,
The voters of this TA are going to be mainline newhires, stat.
Its simple, doesn't it seem odd that hiring at mainline has been controlled by HR? Know why?, they want the weakest, most pliable, gullible pilots that they can get, it makes contract negotiations simple, chicken little syndrome is cheap and successful. Congrats, the weakest of character are the new preferred newhire.
Quite sad that these guys will be voting along with the existing mainline pilots soon enough, for less and less.
The industry that was built by the guys who came back from 50 missions over Berlin, MIG alley, Hanoi, and Baghdad are being replaced by the PFT weak nancys from the likes of gulfstream and others of their ilk....look at PCL128, he paid for a seat and is now at the house of LUV, and is a self described "Union Thug", is really one of the weakest of the weak.....

My jump seat is closed to psa and pinacle or what ever u call your self this week. U watch there will be a back lash to this. Your companys will win contracts but won't win new hires. Why go to a ******************** paying regional when same qualifications are with the majors. Oh and by the way do u think the majors will keep hiring like crazy. I see regionals as costing very little a fraction of the cost of mainline. U watch they will create more ******************** paying jobs flying 76 seat aircraft. By whoring your talent u have helped keep pay and quality of life at a whole new low.

Lee Moak is proud of you guys!

Nice Job

MESA.............is awesome!!!

PSA SUCKS!!!!!!

You should seriously be ashamed of yourselves. Thanks for showing your true character.

Wow 61% really went for it?? Is that true?

Some have always had fun throwing stones at Mesa, but the reality is that Mesa pilots took their crap pay rates (years ago) to squash their non-union alter-ego carrier from taking over and setting a precedence for the industry. In the process they gained industry-leading scope protection that NOBODY else has to this day. In addition they got their recently acquired brothers (CC Air) back to work when Mesa mgmt sent them packing... got them back on the seniority list. Did they have to? NO - but they DID. They also stopped the alter ego whipsaw which was not stopped at the likes of gojet.

Pay sucks at Mesa, but at least they voted on a worthwhile principal. They paid for it in crap wages, but they did the right thing. Management out played them... but it was a new move, and nobody else since has stopped it. PSA votes this POS in based on forced interviews, pay freezes, and the guarantee of ONE PLANE?

Im not trying to pick on the group, but this makes the case that ANY of these pilot groups are capable of lowering the bar. At least the Mesa pilots had a cause. Don't think YOUR group wont sell out for some BS hopes of bigger planes... consider this next time you want to throw out a "mesa sucks"

Sad part is I think you are wrong. If they get new airplanes and have people leaving for mainline the upgrade time will drop. If it falls to 2 years or less people will be chomping at the bit to go there. You can already see this with Mesa.

Good luck jumpseating guys.. Ya'll should be ashamed of what you just voted in..

Do you realize that 39% voted no? That's 153 pilots that are now stuck with a sh*t TA, and the added bonus of being viewed as scabs or whatever else you decide to call them.

Now I hope Airways interviews 100 PSA pilots a month and only hires the required 4. That way within a year or two all of the PSA pilots will be locked at the current pay rate teaching them a valuable lesson. Sleep in the bed you made yourself.

Why blame PSA pilots? Endeavor started it with their 12/4 year caps. PSA is just following in steps behind. I'd imagine other regional airlines will be forced to vote on 12/4 yr caps as well.

If Endeavor jumped off a cliff, does PSA have to as well? No.

When all other regionals follow, it will still be a great job with crappy pay

Yes... Others may be forced to VOTE IT DOWN. You do realize they voluntarily took concessions during a time of record profitability, right??? Continuing with what they already had would have been a lot better...

61% of you better start formulating an excuse explaining why you would do this... You are going to have a lot of pilots asking. Oddly enough, i bet we will be hard pressed to find anyone that will admit they are part that voted it in.

Anyone here want to man up and admit, and present your case?

My guess is that NONE of the PSA stains will admit to voting for it.

That said, my jumpseat is not a political tool. Anyone who shows up with the proper credentials, attire and attitude will get a ride.

It may not be a quiet trip, however.

They had to feed their family. That's the talk here with my fellow pukes at pinnacle. Every single person I ask voted "no" and I counted more than 400 people. A few of my " friends" said they voted yes.

No, but it sets the new industry standard. The question here isn't if you have to jump off a cliff, it's how far down you are willing to fall. Every airline goes off a cliff in negotiations (as in, things go bad/down). Endeavor set the new low threshold and other airlines want to fall to that level. In a cutthroat regional industry where every regional is competing with each other for the same type of flying with limited major partners, then they will be right up against each other in terms of labor costs.
