Current and correct Flight Options rates?

As a FlexJetter, I'm curious about our new overlords. Namely the info posted on airlinepilotcentral says it was last updated in 2011. Are the posted numbers at all correct? If not what are the pay rates and bennies like? Just want to have some real numbers to compare between the two companies. Thanks.

PS. Not looking to start a war. Just hoping for some real info to be prepared for a possible future.

Last year's contract extension came with a 3% raise.

Still embarising though.

I heard they got 24 days vacation yearly and those were used as sick days too.

Not impressive for that longevity...

Hopefully some alternatives for people who want to leave including several airlines hiring (I hear JB & Spirit have been interviewing Avantair pilots) and Wheels UP and the new VistaJet/Jet Aviation Global Express operation - never hurts to submit an app if you are truly unhappy.
