Time to all write your reps to implement the NIC and move to negotiate a new contract only CONTINGENT upon the possibility of no merger (I believe will still go through). Enough of this BS contract already and stalling. There are surely enough of us that want to move on to make this happen.

If the majority want this to happen, the inmates can't ignore us.

Care to wager on that? They're nuts. They'd much rather get paid half of industry standard then admit they fked up their own careers by birthing a fake union to be used as a weapon against the minority.

Sure, they make about $50-75 bucks AN HOUR LESS than the other Legacy carriers but hey, the illegal DOH Jihad/attempted cram down is totally worth it....even though it will NEVER happen.
 
Maybe it's time to pull the plug and go to a carrier that isn't quite so dysfunctionaly insane. I'm sure a lot of guys would leave if they could.
