There has to be something open for sick leave make-up. On another point, does this mean I HAVE to call in well? I call out sick for a doctors appointment on day 1 of 4...on day 4 of 4 I am entered in a marathon and win...an I know in trouble because I didn't call in well. If I call in well can they ONLY reconnect me with my trip or am I fair game for anything.

Also says possible amendment to the way sick leave and monthly max are calculated ?!?? I think .. So what they won't count your sickleave as credit so you can or / be forced to pick up above month min??

I hear that we are not getting any more -800.. Converted all remaining delivery of those to 900er ... There is your growth!!

I saw that one coming! And, as they start drawing down those -400 and -700's, they will magically have to farm out the rest of our So Cal and Bay Area flying to a regional carrier (Skywest) or whom ever else will cut a deal with them!

Maybe that's why they don't see the need to hire as many pilots or upgrades!

They will fight tooth and nail to prevent scope language! Unfortunately, the camel is already in the tent!
