Heard GoJet upgrade time is 3 months. Any truth to this?
Also, at the Las Vegas 1/19/13 job fair, what does the interview consist of?
Thanks,
Check Six
How is it possible they need that many captains?
The interview consists of eating a bag of double stuffed Oreo cookies and then eating the crumbs off of your shirt. You have to show up in a wrinkled shirt or you will not get the job, something about being too professional. And being overweight is considered a plus!!
If you do upgrade quickly will you get downgraded later on once all of the guys senior to you obtain enough time to finally upgrade?
how many years has it been now?? let it go, the united guys that came in don't care, all other airlines don't care. it is a dead issue, well for most.So all of the Trans States pilots must be by-passing upgrade. Considering those are really their slots.
35off,
Still blaming other pilots for your mistake. What has it been 10 years now? I think it is time for you to move on.

A true professional airline pilot will never forget. This is one of the last true brotherhood's out there.
True brotherhood? You're kidding, right? In this profession everyone is your brother only until the rent comes due. Then they become your distant cousin at best.
No, I am not kidding.
While you may fight like its your brother, you better believe that in the heat of the moment pilots will be there for one another.
In the air, or when in the need of the jump seat, we are there for each other.
That will never change.
I understand that is was painful for a lot of people. However, you can not blame the pilots that work for Go jets for what happened to you.
A true professional airline pilot will never forget.
So, essentially, like any other major or regional airline interview then.
Especially the overweight issue!
Right?
