We've had our differences over the years, but it is a sad day when an airline has its last flight.

Good luck to you all.

You were a proud pilot group.

Agreed.

Good luck guys, I tracked the last flight today. Coming from a guy that was in new hire class at ASA when the announcement was made, its scary to think about how easily that could have been us (or anyone else... and still could be...).

You are correct, it could be any of the regionals. None are safe. I hope that everyone will see that and prepare their lives accordingly. I was at CMR from 99-08 and loved my time there. At the time I wouldn't have thought about them shutting the place down, it just couldn't happen. Once I left and moved on to better positions and was able to look back, I could see it was only a matter of time.

I wish everyone that was still there all the best and if you need any help finding a job, let me know. I will do everything in my power to help out.

I'm going to add my "Good Luck" to you all also. I was there 1985 to early '88. Had a great time, it was my bridge from a tiny commuter in Raleigh to getting hired at TWA. It's a shame the powers that be put it down.

All the best to the COMAIR guys and gals, I hope you find a good place to hang your hat, if you decide to look abroad, all of us on the expat market will try to get information for you. All the best.

Goodluck to OO'ers. Met sveral over the years and all where very profesional. Good inflt product, too.

They fought the good fight, put their money where their mouth was and struck for the right reasons, and have always been welcoming to JS on.
