However, your participation in the subjugation and prosecution of your fellow pilots in order to facilitate your personal gain not only forces you to forfeit the honor that goes with your former service, but it attempts to tar the other honorable persons you served with by association. The SCOTUS heard your accusations about lying, thieving, dishonorable, integrity challenged scabs, and they told you to get the F out of their court room because you don't even have a case.

And you ran out of the courtroom screaming like a baby that can't have a candy bar at the grocery store check out. Now you are running down the street in your diapers to every neighbor's house to announce to the whole world that you are likely the only mature human left on the planet, and you are being oppressed by toddlers who are denying you your candy bar.

Awe come on Birdie there is no threat there I think he is suggesting that you're brave enough to say some pretty extreme things on an anonymous web board but face to face it might be differant.

We are at a stalemate here because no matter how many times you try to compare my service in the Marines to my civilian job will just have me repeat to that I firmly believe fighting that nic award is the honorable thing to do. Gotta go fly see ya.

I jump on West metal all the time and all the crews find I am polite and cordial. None of them demand we talk about their victim status under tyrants. And as far as associations go, I don't project your persona onto the entire West pilot group. :lol:

No, Skipper Chuck decided to jettison his integrity by participating in USAPA's land grab. I had nothing to do with it.

There can be no Marine who takes honor seriously who would support what Chuck and Co. have attempted to do. It is precisely because the Marines deserve respect that I have to speak up when he brings up his former service. If he really valued the reputation of the Corps, he would realize that what he and USAPA was doing was in stark contrast to the values of the Marines (and humanity in general) and not attempt to associate his behavior with them.

No, pal, I was not the one who made veiled internet threats. In fact, I've never met a Marine that made a threat, they simply act as they have been trained. I merely ask folks to man up and take their responsibilites seriously if they wish to invoke the image and reputation of a group of honorable men and women. Perhaps if enough folks did, this whole civil war would be behind us and we would all be earning more and rebuilding unity.

The top 517 slots to AAA pilots is viewed as a windfall to most West pilots, but we deal with the cards dealt to us in life. Remember, it was a senority intergration, not a longevity intergration and the East was warned by the arbitrator to move off their hardline stance... but here we are. Seems USAPA is tighting up their UOM to repeat their hardline stance mistakes once again, learn from your mistakes as I tell my kids everyday.

Reminds me of the Hayden VA center in PHX and every van drive I have met in the last twenty years Charlie2, everyone was a Ranger or SF, no one was admin, stafff, combat support or medical during their time.... we called it the enhanced version DD214......Dorks!!!

I would think there would be a much hugher amount of front line combat troops who need VA support than REMF's. I know I know Radar O'Reilly got shot on his way for a weekend pass but still. I was just a regular Air Winger in the Corps if I wanted to break the law (the Stolen Valor Act) I would at leat say I was a SEAL and not a regular old swing with the wing kinda guy. Carl if you had any balls and you believe I'm violating that law you would call the FBI and in hours they would have me in custody but I doubt you have the guts to do it do you.

In some cases this is certainly true but you will never get anyone but yourselves to believe a two month guy going senior to a 16 plus year guy is not a windfall.

That might be true if the 16 year guy was anywhere other than the ass end of the list. However, in this case, that 16 year guy was very much on the ass end of the list. Alot of people other than us get it just fine.
