At continental/united the delta guys made it alot harder to protect and bargain for the 50 seat scope limit. If they want 76 seats mainline can fly them. Thanks Delta!

You can take zero raise and then fly them yourselves. Make sure you negotiate it that way. AA's TA allows for even bigger RJs than DL allows.

General I don't even think management will do it for a 10% paycut. The cost structure of mainline won't allow UAL to fly those planes competitively. Management will sit until they tire of pounding their fists into the table.

Wave,

Have you seen AA's TA? It's worse than DL's by far, with even larger RJs permitted, and this was agreed upon (in a TA) before ours was voted upon. Your opinion?

Bye Bye---General Lee

They're in bankruptcy with a judge who has the power to abrogate their contract.

The fact that you guys already outsourced -900's in your bk, and are about to validate that decision is influential on the TA they got.

I'm proud of every pilot who votes their conscience.

I voted my conscience and it was a yes. It's over, time to move on. Quite a few hardliners have switched their votes from no to yes on the Dalpa board.

And that's why I've always said DALPA doesn't get outsourcing and are the biggest sellouts we have- dalpa IS the race to the bottom- no longer is that the title for any LCC-

Why on earth are you guys considering a fleet of 70 additional outsourced -900's?

You do this and you're absolutely entrenching that size airplane into the purview of contracted whipsawed work-
You're absolutely cutting the legs out from under AA in bk, and UniCal in their large RJ fight.

Scumbags

You don't owe this troll an answer, his only mission is flamebait. He's a former DAL pilot, got furloughed, and who paid for his job at Southwest. He made his decision to move on, and is looking to justify his decision. These scumbags lowered the bar in pay/benefits for years. They're the ultimate undercutters/sellouts! Now with all the issues Southwest is having, he's looking to "deflect" attention away from his, "just another legacy" airline.

Actually, I never said it was delta, I said I worked at a legacy and 5 other airlines. I'm more than comfortable with the choices I've made.

And I'm not just flame baiting. I'm begging DALPA members to think long term for once and see what you're about to do. Short term thinking got us all 50 seat rj's. PLEASE don't do it again. !

Including taking one of those outsourced jobs that you so wholly hate!

Bull********************, you're a troll. You and your scumbag group sold out the industry for decades.
