I just interviewed yesterday. I did not have the chance to talk to any other interviewees but there were at least two others. I'd love to hear if hiring rates from those interviewed is staying the same since they may be trying to drain the pool. Anyone have an idea?

Nothing to get over, just the facts mam, just the facts. Just watch it is coming, maybe not at UPS/DAL but almost everywhere else. with the experience shortage coming, the degree will be secondary to the ability to fly an airplane
