last DOH at Comair

With Comair's plan for 460 pilots and 44 aircraft:
Most junior captain will probably have a DOH of '91 or maybe '92.
Most junior FO will have a DOH of '99.
 
Actually with all the resignations, buy-outs, early retirements and voluntary furloughs, it's looking like the most junior FO will be a '05 or '06 DOH. It will be clearer in Jan after all the voluntaries etc leave.

God, that's not long after I got on with ASA.... scary.
 
Airlines with 45-64yo geriatric regional pilots are a hot commodity these days!

Especially airlines with fossil crews and no guarantees of either fleet size or block hours.
 
I wonder what Delta could do to mitigate their risk to an age discrimination lawsuit...

Because regional vs. major lawsuits have been so successful, right?
