Thats right, the pilots of FRONTIER have officially declared that they wish to compete with regional pilot's compensation packages. So as of today, FRONTIER is officially a "regional" airline. They face tough competition from the likes of GoJet and Mesa, both of which have a more vast route network and slightly cheaper labor contracts which they don't adhere to.

Good luck FRONTIER, welcome to our level.
 
Amen, JarJar. And the sad thing is they did it to themselves.
 
So hindsight I guess SWA would have been a better place?
 
Actually what happened was Bedford cut a deal with the pilots there to take a freeze in pay and benefits for a period of 1 year. In exchange he will divest a couple percentage points to less than 51%, which allows them to say bye bye to Republics Union, so they don't have to deal with the seniority battle/attempted screw job of the rep. pilots.
