The poor create plenty of jobs. How many walmart jobs would there be without the poor shopping there? How many MCD and Burger King jobs without the poor getting their daily nutrition there? Who do think supports the makers of keystone lite, busch beer and rocket fuel malt liquor? The 10 million a year CEO or the 20k a year poor person? Yeah demand for Colt 45 by the rich created those jobs.
"I shop at Walmart, could I be poor Jack? " No an ingenious person saw a need, a market ready to be snared and started Walmart, and another created brands that fill those demands. Next thing you know, ole Sam Walton becomes a evil rich person and those evil rich people at Anhieser Busch are making more money. Your analogy is pretty empty. Poor people do not create jobs. And besides, the poor have to shop somewhere.

Weather Underground....

Is that the terrorist group that planted a bomb in the Pentagon and a few other places in the 60s?

Is that the terrorist group that lost three of its members when a bomb they were constructing exploded before they could plant it?

Is that the terrorist group whose leader has stated publicly that he regrets that they didn't do more damage, and who has been a mentor and long-term associate of the current President?

Yup.

Was the '60 a time in US history with different attitudes and outlooks with a greatly divided America embroiled in the Vietnam war?

Is it completely unfair to illuminate the actions of 50 years ago with the spotlight of today?

Yup

Do you hear yourself?

Currently our country is greatly divided. Our country is involved in wars that many don't agree with. So according to you someone can go commit terrorist acts against the govt/public and you say it's ok. And that these people shouldn't later be judged for their insane actions, especially if they were/are a mentor or influence to the current potus.

Your comment is ridiculous.

I think most would agree, and by most I mean 99% of people.

Wife of Bill Ayers ... on Manson Murders

Bernardine Dohrn - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dohrn was criticized for comments she made about the murders of actress Sharon Tate and retail store owners Leno and Rosemary LaBianca by the Charles Manson clan.

In a speech during the December 1969 "War Council" meeting organized by the Weathermen, attended by about 400 people in Flint, Michigan, she said about Tate (who was 8 months pregnant at the time of her murder)
"Dig it! First they killed those pigs and then they put a fork in pig Tate's belly. Wild!"
She said of the LaBiancas (who were repeatedly stabbed):
"Offing those rich pigs with their own forks and knives, and then eating a meal in the same room, far out! The Weathermen dig Charles Manson!" [14]

Historical note: Barack Obama kicked off his political career with a "COFFEE PARTY" hosted by his neighbors, Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn. To Wit:
William Ayers and Barack Obama: Finally exposed
Obama campaign officials acknowledge Ayers hosted a coffee in 1995 for the purpose of introducing Obama to some local political players leading up to his first run for public office.
A Coffee Party!

And now you know...

The rest of the Story....

blah blah blah...and you say it's ok.

Where did I say it's "okay"?

I said the '60s were 50 years ago. (got a problem with that statement?)

I said times were different.

I said it's unfair to illuminate the '60s with today's realities.

You have got to admit that 9/11 greatly changed how we view the world. Well, the World Trade Center wasn't even built until the '70s. It was different times. That's all and that's true.

Oh, and STOP WATCHING FOX!

I swear to god I'll never understand why pilots, by and large, lean so right. NONE of you are rich enough to be in the club. For some reason you unionise (kind of a leftish thing to do) yet you support the right. You do know the right HATES unions right?

Anyway, don't put words in my mouth and stop supporting those whom despise you. Have a nice day.

So.. you have to be rich to lean to the right? Conversely, if you're rich, you tend to lean right?

Can you say Kennedy, Clinton, Obama, Gore, Pelosi, Reid, Buffett, Soros, Rockefeller, most of the high priced talking heads in the media, most of the high priced entertainment industry crowd, highly compensated union officials, etc? I guess they're a bunch of neocons (I love that term!) masquerading as Democrats.
