There will be no recalls for another year if this TA passes, this is a well known fact in HR. That is why there is a no-furlough clause in the contract due to gained efficiencies.
 
There have been calls made to guys out on leaves and vol furlough asking if they can be in class asap. I was wrong on the Monday class date though.

I hope you've signed up to be a new member of the NC. The current members will not devote another 3 years to this. So there will be no NC and the company will impose Contract 9000. But you are so right! Good luck. I'm not going out on strike again, wise one.

Ok, I guess you are speaking officially for them? Is that their final answer?

They are trying to rid the payroll of the leaves of absence soo they cannot come back. Recalling furloughed guys maybe in a year who come back on year 2 pay is what they want. BBB is just trying to get us to vote yes and stir up recall rumors, it will not happen.
