General,

You no longer have to shame yourself by pretending to be a SW Pilot any longer. Just read we are no longer including the legendary 1-2-3 in our hotel contracts.

You too can be free to pay $4 a beer. Hopefully on your next contract you will be able to afford it.

Funny - just went over that "your vs. you're" thing doing homework with kids last night.

And the General would love to only pay $4 for a beer in Europe..

Did they not teach Gen-X contractions? Brother!

That was probably the ONLY good thing about going to LBB and MAF on layovers, you could drink yourself to sleep with the 1-2-3 rule. Oh well, now they will really STINK... Enjoy that.

Bye Bye--General Lee

At the illustrious airlines I previously worked for we had "The .50 Rule" :

Walk to the gas station and purchase a sixer of Natural Light for $ 2.99 .

Adaptation to changing circumstances is the hallmark of a good pilot.

Good Luck to you fine Men and Ladies of SWA, I know you shall overcome.

RANT ON!!!
The scourge of FI! As a refresher, the following words can't be interchanged:

there, their, they're
your, you're
to, too, two
here, hear
hanger, hangar
capital, capitol

There are probably many others. When improperly used, they aren't considered typos (the favorite FI excuse used by the offenders), they constitute incorrect work choice.

Thanks for your time, I feel better now.

RANT OFF!!!

You are correct..."work" is definitely a mistyped word (I meant to type "word") but not an erroneous substitution of homonymns. Thanks for calling me out. I don't know if I can heal myself, but I'm heading to the Band-Aid can right now.

Oh I get it....Like this?

Loser.....General Lee!!

Hey wait, you are the guy that puts down regional pilots because you flew "heavy Military" planes and are "above that." That's great, I am glad you get to fly 5-6 leg days and have no time to run for food, ending up in LBB and MAF without your 1-2-3 rule. Almost sounds like a regional to me, absent the better pay. At least you get to experience it now---the hectic schedule, ending up in some Texas cow town. Good for you. Have fun with that.

Bye Bye--General Lee

Mr Lee, I am sorry those gay cowboys you encountered in LBB were so rough on you.

Yep, it turned out your TWO dads and your brother were pretty "rough" on me.

Bye Bye--General Lee

Colonel and Kernal...oops, shouldn't have said that.
