Amen!

Your post would be covered in red ink if an English teacher read it. Professionals do not write like you do, or use the jumpseat as a weapon (like you threatened to do). You are no better than the Captain you are describing.

ahh the spelling bee police..who gives a ******************** its a freaking forum.

Not that it matter since there GOJET. But a friend of mind was on a monster commute and ended up in KIAD trying to get home to KALB since 4 oclock est. To make a long story short this captain from GOJET DENIED the JS even though they were 14 seats in the back. To make the story more spicy the gate agent was helping my friend get onboad and after pleading with the captain that it was his last flight home the captain CLOSED the main cabin door and left behind my friend and stranded at the airport. The nice thing about that dobacle was the fact that the gate agent started to call higher ups to fix this ordeal and actually stopped the push back. I am in the process of getting both crew names. And if you guys are reading this i will tell you that you guys are a piece of CHIT and a bunch of back stabbing cowards. You will get what you deserve. NO GOJET are riding on my jumpseat.

Who does he fly for?

No gj pilot sits in my jumpseat. Call it whatever you want; that's just the way it is.

Here, sir.....allow me to assist.

Not that it matter(s) since there (they're) GOJET.(, but) But a friend of mind was on a monster commute and ended up in KIAD trying to get home to KALB since 4 oclock (o'clock) est ). To make a long story short (short, this) this captain (Captain) from GOJET DENIED the JS (JS, even) even though they (there) were 14 seats (seats remaining) in the back. To make the story more spicy (spicy, the) the gate agent (Gate Agent) was helping my friend get onboad (on board,) and after pleading with the captain (Captain) that it was his last flight home(,) the captain (Captain) CLOSED the main cabin door and left behind my friend and stranded (friend stranded) at the airport. The nice thing about that dobacle (debacle) was the fact that the gate agent (Gate Agent) started to call higher ups to fix this ordeal and actually stopped the push back. I am in the process of getting both crew names (Crew Member's names). And if you guys are reading this i (this, I) will tell you that you guys are a piece of CHIT (I understanding that you probably pronounce it that way, however....) and a bunch of back stabbing cowards. You will get what you deserve. NO GOJET (GOJET Pilots) are riding on my jumpseat.

My 2nd Grader could have done better than you.

I serve no other purpose here.:D

With all the people on here that are always saying "No GoJetters on my jumpseat", then I would expect that at some point GJ crews would not welcome jumpseaters from other airlines with open arms. What would you expect them to eventually do after all is thrown up at them all the time, over and over, on FI and other boards?

I don't work for GJ, but it just seems funny to me that you folks that say "No GoJetters on my jumpseat" and them still expect them to go out of their way when you want a ride (or a friend of yours in this case) on their jumpseat.

What about the mainline United or (enter airline name here) pilot that accepts the offer for an interview or job with a GoJet. I am not defending them (GJ) for what they did, or did not do, to TSA. But the lines are getting fussy as to who is new or old, who was furloughed, who was mainline three months ago, who was involved in a whipsaw, or any of the other thousands of reasons all of us end up with our respective airlines. Are you going to deny a 20 plus year ALPA member that lost a left seat mainline job to scope (and now your airline is flying a route he flew for that 20 years), and now must find a way to pay for his or her child’s last few years of education or, God forbid, try to maintain some sort of health insurance for an ill family member.

I am not defending one side or the other. Heck, deny each other jumpseats until no one is jumpseating on anyone except their own airline.

The solutions is easy, you stay out of their jumpseat, and they stay our of yours. But you cannot honestly think that most of the GJ crews don’t take some of this to heart. If you feel as strongly about them in your jumpseat, post your name or at least who you work for. They can start a list of their own. Gander, goose. Goose, gander.

Until there are true SCABS, crossing ALPA recognized picket lines, I would just keep welcoming other airline pilots that are tired and need a ride home.

Sorry about the spelling and grammar.
