There now numerous business units operating under the FedEx brand (express, ground, freight, custom critical, office, servics (IT/sales), etc.) Each unit has its own color: Express = orange, ground = green, freight=red, custom critical = blue, services = silver. The official company name is now FedEx, so the Ex really doesn't stand for express any more in that context.

Have you delivered the purple promise today?
the777s are awesome hopefully someday I get to pull the gear on one.

Yeah, I figured. It just looked strange considering the origin of the FedEx name. All those colors remind me of the national threat level colors and the Sat Night Live skit that followed. I'd love to fly the 777, you guys/gals enjoy!

Very cool. How many 75's do you have now? I've only seen one and that was somewhere in Montana of all places.

From one of your competitors:

Congratulations on your new toy guys, she does look rather splendid in purple!

10.5 hours endurance (+reserves) at MZFW, or 16.5 hours carrying around 80 tons. Max payload just over 106 tons. She flies like a wet dream involving Megan Fox; you've gotten yourself the finest cargo hauler available on the market - the first true long-range freighter. Just make sure you don't do any damage to the engines guys, there's only 2 spares available on the market and they're both in the shop!

(A spare donkey, for those of you interested, is in the vicinity of USD 30 Million)
