those guys at the mothership are squeezing the dollar awfully hard.. Nobody is exempt.. the wholly owneds are getting their share and then the rest of us.

The only thing that is considered it seems is how much do "you" cost.. I wish someone would define the "cost" that is being analyzed. Do you really save money dumping 20 year employees when the new 8 dollar an hour guy grounds an AC for a month with damage..

as posted earlier the toilet is flushing hold on...

lets just stick to the facts here..... are we not losing the Saabs? I just wonder if I have a seat reserved for me in that sniny new 900? I even saved my FO stripes for just such occasion! I looked at them and they are perfect to be worn backwards!

You'll be back there in no time brother. It has been a fun ride! LOL Well, a bit nauseating but fun.

Doubt it. There won't be any Saabs to return to, at least not at this company... Back in the left seat, maybe but not in a Saab.

What have you (XJ guys) been hearing, if anything, about the merger with Comair? Our union reps have been saying that they would bet their 2010 salaries that the merger will happen and be completed by this time next year.

Haven't heard anything official.
