PBS is the boogy man.

PBS is the DEVIL! Fooseball is the DEVIL. SH is the DEVIL!

The company and the union both fall short on peddling their version of the facts. Give us the good points, the either way points and the bad of the OTHER SIDE'S argument. Quite this finger pointing stuff.

SWA pilots fly a bunch and still manage what 13-15 days off? Time to elevate the game. Oh, I had PBS at Flex and it sucked balls!

I too am sick of all the bad news messages on our company website. What is the purpose of it?

I also don't understand the apparent fear of PBS at ASA. When we first started to hear about PBS there was a lot of negativity about it, but now I don't think there is a pilot at Skywest who would go back to hard lines. I have much more control over my schedule with PBS and SkedPlus then I ever did with hard lines, especially as a commuter.
