Do not put you children on AMR as UM. I am dealing with Larry, and supe, in CS. I'm trying to find out if the person that is supposed to pick up my child has done so. Larry will not give me and answer. I know who I signed to do so. A "yes" answer would suffice. Larry will not let me speak. He doesn't like me interrupting, but interrupts me.

Stay away from AAL!

I paid $200 extra (plus $15 for a checked bag).

How about paying for your own ticket and taking them there yourself? We are airlines not babysitters.

No discount available here.

Secondly, I'd expect that from an ex-zOOMEE, 1st rodeo, Eff-Oh.

Yeah, I'm still payin.

He paid 15 bucks to check his kid's bag. Using your logic, he shouldn't expect it to get there with her, either. Maybe he should have her carry on her clothes in a 33 gallon garbage bag like the majority of your family probably does.

I don't understand the disconnect. If you signed for your child on the departure end you obviously were the guardian at that time. Makes no sense that they would not relay the info.

Next time you might buy a throw away cellphone so your kid can call when they land.

Gup

I don't work for AA but they don't want to give out that info for a couple of reason and it involves the security of the child and just general security. Where I work they tell you make sure to have the person doing the pick up call you..
