I once flew Greensboro to DFW in a CRJ 200 with 165 kts dead on the nose, 3:35 block.
Wow, you're incredible!.....Where should I send your medal?

Headfake,
Did you notice I said ETOPS for RJ's. Like baby ETOPS.
Don't get your panties in a wad.
If you came from ASA cut your old ASA brother some slack.
IT WAS A JOKE!
I know CRJ's don't have the true ETOPS.

Longest turboprop flight is ANC-DUT at 686 miles.
Friend of mine just did KROA to KLAS non stop for XJT Charter. 1684 NM 4:23 block. XJT also did LAX to ACA (Acapulco) when they were doing Delta stuff. 1432NM on the XR as well. This just proves the XR was the best 50 seater ever built. A 190 is not a RJ either. The DC-9 has a version which is smaller than the 190. So unless you consider the DC-9 an RJ, the 190 is out. Oh and it should not be at regional airlines or regional pay scales either, IMHO. I guess North America is the "region".

Too many dork pilots who sit around and think of stuff like this .... thats for sure.

And yet, you took the time out of your obviously non-dorky day to compose a sarcastic response toward the dorks who think about stuff like this...
Sure, as long as five year captians make $130/FO's make $75 and ten year is $140/$85.
Oh, you mean you weren't serious ??

Agreed. It'll be interesting when our (Jetblue) new payrates are signed. I believe I'll be getting more (3rd yr FO) than their (whoever is flying 190s for Midwest) CAs. I haven't seen their payrates, but thats what I've heard.
Some find it pretty interesting to see which routes regionals are now flying, instead of Majors. It should open some eyes, and the unions should get involved to put an end to regional flights at excede 90-120 minutes in legnth.Whats the dorkiest question ever asked on FI?

This is sad. I had one RAH FA bragging about how they go from ORD-DEN then onto somewhere in New Mexico.Correction: ETOPS = Engines Turning Or Passengers Swimming
RAH has operated the E170 on routes such as Salt Lake to Matzatlan, Atlanta to St. Croix, JFK to San Antonion, and Milwaukee to LAX.
Wow, you mean to say that your NEW payrates might be significantly better than our 6 year old payrates? Who'da thunk it!
pinnacle is doing that route now with the -900. Delta website shows it as 1640 miles.
I personally don't know any regional guy who likes sitting in that airplane for more than 2 hours, let alone 3-4 hour legs.
This just proves the XR was the best 50 seater ever built.
