I would expect though probably full up training if gone for over a year.

That would probably mean a fraction would come back. Who would actually want to go through another full TSA ground school and sim where the miserable TSA lifers try to make everyday your last day.
 
When we were recalled at Mesaba in 07, 99% went to the Saab. All the old Avro/CRJ2 guys went to the full long course short the first week of basic indoc that 2 guys had to do over because they never finished training the first time (furloughed before IOE). The Saab furloughs had a recurrent ground school then either 2 or 4 sim sessions depending on how long they were gone. (we furloughed in a few batches)

I'd gladly do it again! I had nothing but good things to say about the TSA training program/my sim instructor.

Don't expect to be spoon-fed and you should be fine...well that and dont go it alone!
