You guys are so deverted on who is who when we're trying to debate the need for a union. I kinda like that you think I'm someone else - it almost insures that you will not find out who I really am, or who B19 is for that matter. Not that any of it really matters - but it fun to see you guys bounce around like this. I doubt that B19 is the Bob you think he is. This man has no time for childish internet arguing (as I do have time).
You are not in the same position of remaining anonymous. Just keep writing up airplanes to ground them and stall the operation, regardless of really being broken... That's a fine way for a professional union employee to act.

whatever kid....nice try but you're done. If you dont like it being broke then go trim some fat from the FAR's.....that's what I go by. If it's broke then it's broke.....no abiguity no questions you have no say in it. Talk it over with the FAA.....then come apologize.

Thre reason you have labor problems is your own fault.....no ones but YOURS....sorry but that is the truth.

Pay me what the job pays and you'll see the unions disappear. Simple as that, I can't make it any easier and i'll even fax it to you.

You as management and your gospel are the only ones that change things....YOU alone.

it's up to YOU if you don't want a union....only YOU.

And all that and I only got 1 browser open...imagine what i could do with a dozen. It's a shame we need a union, so do me a favor and change things.....

B19=skanza=no validity

Limericks

Jppt, with a sense of humor so droll
Has labeled for us a new type of troll.
Skanza won't be amused
And B19 will cry he's abused
But the other posters are starting to roll!

Jppt, your post inspired me to write in rhyme. I decided a limerick would be fun so I googled "limerick examples" and clicked on the first result. When I read the first limerick, I knew it was meant to be. It is amazingly appropriate! Kudos to the unknown author....

I went to the staffroom one day
For a nice cup of tea during play
But a troll had got in
And was making a din
Even though he had nothing to say.

I think you're getting PAID to debate the need for a union.
You don't care about the debate, you're someone who is doing a job to advance someone else's agenda.
Shame on you
I think once people realize you are using them for your own selfish gain, you'll find less replies to your troll's din.
BTW, this thread should be made a textbook example of a union busting technique.

No. You are wrong, like every poster that has made that statement over the years. I am not a union buster, as a matter of fact I've stated manytimes, you wanted your union, you get exactly what you asked for.

I have no agenda, but the events of the last six months are certainly proving my point about unions. As I watch all of these posters scramble to show all these union supporters how wonderful their union is, all I see is a bunch of pilots that are being forced to take lump sum payouts to step away from a job they love to do, with no firm hope that they may ever fly for NJ again.

At least those that were furloughed from the other fracs, and I have been there myself, knew the hazards of being on the bottom of the list. Now, pilots are having large sums of money dangled in front of them (that NJ is having to pay for I might add) to make decisions that will affect their family and career. Many of these pilots will take the packages, change careers and never fly again. I can't help but wonder, and have stated before, how many pilots gave up good flying jobs to take the "industry leading contract" at NJ, only to be faced with this possibility.

The extent of the measures being taken today underscores the risk that a union takes by forcing a huge CBA onto a company. Unions will rarely, if ever participate in the ebb and flows of a business, instead they will take the cash and run. Even now, all the financial participation is on NJ, the union hasn't offered to take a cut in pay to even show a good faith effort to help the company through these tough times.

I've been told recently by every single NJ union supporter on these boards that these types of cuts could never happen. I've been called every name in the book, insulted and thrashed.

These cuts are happening, and this is only the first layer. I wish it wasn't, it is a shame it's happening, but I have made the statement that the industry leading contract was going to pull back to reality, and it's going to happen.

There is little I've stated that hasn't happened over the years... FLOPS still doesn't have a contract, the entire fractional industry painted it's hopes on the NJ CBA and it's high pay and lucrative work rules.

It's failed... when it gets redone, it will be closer to reality and a more realistic mark for the industry to rally around....

And you call yourself a union supporter?

Times like this, you are making fun of people like me that for three years have been telling you something like this could happen because the "industry leading" CBA was too expensive and people would get hurt as a result.

NJW, ....you, your union volunteer husband and and the independent union has failed. The bar was set too high, the CBA has hurt pilots, families, and most of all the fractional industry. This was going to happen, I've said if for years and YOU told me it couldn't happen, just like all the others.

As miserable as I feel for those losing their jobs, I was right and you were wrong.

I told you this was going to happen and your only response is a childish limerick.

Youre union supporting opinions and those disgusting boots are simply repulsive.

Keep pushing the agenda, B19/skanza, I think people are sitting back, realizing you are trying a full court press to deflect attention from the inadvertent discovery that you have at least two user names.
Do you get paid per reply?

I'm not even sure if the goofiest oldest great-aunt at my family reunion is capable of something so horrifyingly awkward. Wow.....

P.S. There's a good chance your nephews and nieces dread opening your Christmas presents. Trust me.

Ned, I make them homemade brownies, cookies, fudge, etc and always include plenty of their favorites so you couldn't be more wrong. And cash is always a big hit. So I'll pass on trusting you ..

Do feel free to skip my posts. I'd hate for you to be horrified over a bit of fun...:erm:
