P.S. A little homework assignment for you. Don't use numbers from the Heritage Foundation or Moveon.org. Get your numbers from the OMB and the IRS. Think for yourself and do your own analysis. Look at the effect of changing top rates on actual tax revenues 3 years later. Look at the charts for the DOW, GDP growth, and umemployment [in that order] during and following all recessions this century. Look at whether recoveries happened more quickly with lowered top tax rates, or higher spending.
