In a memo put out to employees, management has stated that by May the majority of Comair's flying will be in the NE. As of right now 43% is in CVG and 20% of that will be shifted to JFK. They also mentioned consideration of another crew base in the NE.

Saw this coming a mile away...

So how many pilots / crews are going to be displaced to the NE during this "musical chairs"?

You'll have to a 12 to 13 year guy to even hold the left seat in CVG and then have to sit ready reserve.

Is this because Delta is pulling even more flying out of CVG? Is another DCI carrier going to pick up that 20%? You Comair guys just can't catch a break can you?

Its already like that now. I think 12 to 13 years barely holds captain anyway.
