So our good friends at Palwaukee Flyers have struck again.... this time, a C150 (the one that replaced the one that crashed 5 miles away from the runway due to fuel starvation) landed on a frozen lake... Is Jim just waiting for his first death to shut down? I know that sounds bad but this is getting ridiculous. 3 crashes in 6 months, 2 Sundowners and this, actually, the Sierra went down last year too, unbelievable. I will get more info tomorrow from my inside source, but for now enjoy the story and pics. Oh and Jim can go and die.

Small plane makes emergency landing on frozen Grays Lake
No injuries were reported after a small single-engine airplane registered to a flight school in Wheeling landed on icy Grays Lake about 4:30 p.m. today, authorities said.
Grayslake Fire Department Capt. Peter Nowak said the pilot apparently had wanted to land at Campbell Airport near the village, but then chose to touch down on the ice when the plane had mechanical problems. He said the plane was close to a house at 226 S. Lake St.
Nowak said the pilot and a passenger walked away unharmed. Fire department reports didn't have the names of the passenger or pilot.
The plane, a 1972 Cessna 150L, is registered the Flight Center at Service Aviation, Inc. of Wheeling.
Mechanics were called from Chicago Executive Airport near Wheeling to work on the plane, Nowak said."
