And remember you washed up old tool they are NON UNION, let me repeat that NON UNION. So we have a FAILURE OF MANAGEMENT, that means tools like yourself, failed kinda like you have at your own company. So that kinda makes you a loser again, your wife and kids must be so proud. Merry Christmas.

WTF? Moderators attacking posters. That is funny.

B-19 is a poster. Buckeye is a moderator. It isn't like B-19 has 200+ posters backing him and his views....unlike all the pro union posters here. Now you have moderators attacking him? B-19 must be kicking your collective asses pretty good.

Good job B-19. An Army of 1. Hilarious, indeed.

I know Buckeye personally and he is good guy. I think he is tired of B19 and his constant opinion of labor is to blame. It was interesting how these financial companies weren't strung out and had to shutdown their flight departments? It is obvious in aviation that labor tries to raise the bar and management attempts to lower the bar. Some management types raise the bar just enough to avoid a ruckus.

Love him or hate him, he sticks to his guns and I admire that. If you look through the pages and pages of attacks by the pro union guys/gals against B-19 on this site, it really is hilarious to see the moderators are even getting into it.

That is the kind of determination and grit I respect. Good job B-19! I could give two ********************s about pro/anti union arguments. I do enjoy reading B-19's posts and the rage they incur from the pro union crowd. Very entertaining.

I think Stalin said the same thing about Hitler near the end of World War II. I don't see anything admirable about an individual who is so distorted in his/her view that they are willing to unleash a scorched earth policy prior to certain defeat. Similar to a manager who is willing to cut jobs from the bottom of the salary spectrum while awarding bonuses to management at the same time.

Anyone remember American asking the Union for concessions WHICH THEY GOT then management immediately gave the money gained from the concessions to managers as RETENTION BONUSES!!! Are you management proctologists and Fox News zombies that simple minded? Kind of like sheep...

LOL, do you think you or B-19 are actually making a difference for your different causes on this website? If so, how? Just curious.

BTW, great analogy about Stalin and Hitler....are you drinking this evening?

EDIT: I mentioned that I read this forum for entertainment factor. I honestly think you feel you are making some kind of change or contribution to your cause and that....entertains me.

Hey B19, tell me again why USA Jet Airlines is going out of business and why they dump on their employees? And remember you washed up old tool they are NON UNION, let me repeat that NON UNION. Hey Buckeye,
Would you mind sharing the name of his failed company?

... That is the kind of determination and grit I respect. Good job B-19!

Is it grit and determination, or his job?

Possibly. There are still some fence sitters, but more people make up their mind every day. Due to the people who respond to him, those undecided's don't only get B19's take on things.

We are waging a war of truth, over the pros and cons of unions vs. management. Although he claims "for entertainment only", B19's half-truths, and sometimes outright lies, smack of union busting. Jobs and family livelihoods are potentially at stake here. I'm glad you're entertained.

Ask this of Family Guy, NJADispatcher and a couple of other hired guns that came on here during the NJA contract battle of '04-'05.

I can tell you first hand it made a HUGE difference and had the attention of the highest levels of NJA management.

Their little disinformation campaign was thwarted time and again here.

NetJets will be the next to furlough. They are hurting just like everyone else...only more. Everything is relative by size. Maybe a furlough back to Feb. 08? Only what I heard. May be here say, but who knows.

hope not....but thats just the way it goes.

I could never figue a reason why they always lay off pilots. Why not lay-off company wide via DOH?...

whatd you guys get this year? Wasn't it a roller bag and a new armani suit last year?:D

Man ... if the company is hurting I wish they wouldn't have sent out about a million dollars worth of Christmas gifts to the pilots....

Don't forget the nice jacket we got a month or so ago. Not saying that it isn't going to happen but it sure appears as if the company is spending needless money on other things. I guess time will tell.

Seriously where do you get your info? Please enlighten us with your sources. Feb 08???? Do you not like the month of February? Or does that coincide with the number of airplane orders we’ve cancelled which is zero.

I mean what’s your point? Are you trying to be a ^&*(head? People are pretty concerned about their jobs everywhere and there is genuine concern at NJA about other pilots getting furloughed.

I’m serious Humphrey send me a pm and we can discuss. Our pilots would love to get a heads up about when we’re going to get furloughed so we can seek other employment.

Otherwise shut your mouth about ‘here say’ which is spelled hearsay you adolescent.

PS Mr. Moderator,
I’ve had a few drinks tonight and needed to spray a little venom and our friend seemed like a great target. If I went over the line well I’ve been trying to get kicked off of here for years so please by all means expel my ass.

According to broke, a manager who sees his market diminish should be castigated for ruining the company by terminating employees to bring into balance his workforce for the jobs at hand. There is a absolutely no recognition of the concept that managementt has the inherent right to manage the asset at hand for the owners or shareholders, to their and only their satisfaction.
If all management is bad, then surely too are the people like Santuli and others who created and crafted companies like Netjets where opportunities were created for pilots in a business that did not exist some short period of time ago.
If Buffet and Santuli decided tomorrow morning to shutter Netjets as they no longer saw the future viability of the company or it did not meet their objectives for growth and profits, is it not both only their right may it not also be they are good managers defending the assets they have and employing them as they see fit.
B19 sees labor unions as unproductive. Are they inherently bad or are they just prehistoric in their ability to deal in a county wehre small business may well be more important than large. They have certainly demonstrated an inability to respond in a timely manner to major changes in the market. The situation today in the auto bailout is the best point you could make for a union showing it will only change last and when there is no choice.
NJOwner makes the point that the owner wants to go when he wants to go and that they are willing to pay for that ability. Nevertheless, if one gets to the point where they can no longer pay or do not want to pay that premium, Nethjets will shrink just as fast as any other, no matter how well managed, no matter what union in power.

gawd you are so smart publishers, you're my hero. So tell me which one of the 4,000 unemployed pilots that flew their resume across your'e desk today did you hire for the cheapest? Nja owner is ten times more competent than you. Why don't you go play somewhere else?

Ignoring that the word you were looking for is "hearsay".... I would check your sources. I do not believe this to be a correct statement. Under the NJ CBA, furloughs are very costly to the company.
