Should captain pay top out at 150K?

According to posters Instructordude and Lil' J.Seinfeld, this should be the most we can make at the majors. Sad.


Seems to me those two have a problem with their self worth. They are probably a couple of weak ass pilots who are already paid way more than they are worth. That's their problem.
 
First officers should not top out at 150k. A 12th year widebody FO should make every bit of 150k.

Seems to me we are realistic about the world we live in and the market which pays our wages.

Also, stop comparing our wages to the CEO's and upper management. If you want those wages then become a CEO's or a top manager. We are payed better than 2% of America and only work half the month. Not a bad deal guys.
 
I know it has nothing to do with it, but if we were home every night, maybee. But last time I checked, we defintely aren't

Let me guess.....daddy paid for all your flight training, college, first airline job and is still subsidizing you with a monthly stipend.
