I know pilots at NWA who were turned down at Delta, and I know Delta pilots who were turned down at NWA. These pilots were all hired in the last year.

Hockey44,

That is true. Do you mean "hired" or in the pool?

Yeah----Occam seams to have disappeared....
When it gets this quiet, something's happening. Enjoy the calm, get the popcorn and the coffee ready.

(second hand rumor alert)
It was my understanding the MEC's were still working on a negotiated list. A big part of the puzzle that no one knew was the number of NWA retirements at the DCC. If that number has been confirmed, it would help fill in the equation from there down.

You are correct about that. It has nothing to do with the quality of applicants. It has to with the legal liability of hiring persons that failed a psyche eval. It is easily fixed for the poolies. Just have em do it over.
It will be an all or nothing type of deal. I am sure that when NWA starts to do their own hiring, or DAL hires and sends pilots to MSP after indoc, we will know what the decision is.

Yes, and DAL cannot legally do anything about that. Never have, never will. It is all about the pilot candidates.
