Anyone here have any experience dispatching for a corporation fleet of aircraft? I'm sure it's not nearly the same compared to 121 dispatching, but I'm guessing the pay might be better, especially if you're working for a large, national corporation. I used to work for a large fractional, and I didn't really enjoy it, but I'm wondering how working for a corporation would compare? I'm just really frustrated with how little I'm getting paid in this profession compared to the education and experience I have. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that after 4 years of dispatching experience, that I'd actually be making less now than what I did when I first started dispatching. I mean seriously, what kind of S*** is that? Your experience goes up, but your pay goes down! And I'm educated....4 year degree, commercial/multi pilot license.....and still, nothing to show for it! I mean seriously, a job under 30K/year after all of this? It seems like no majors will be hiring anytime soon, so no room to increase my finances there.....is corporate maybe just the way to go? Sorry for my rant, but I'm hitting the peak of my frustrations.
