I bet he does. His captains make $3/hour more to fly 20 more seats and his first officers make the same to fly 20 more seats. He can pay his employees the same to fly bigger planes while the company gets paid more money. You should not be concerned about this. When does your contract allow you to negotiate higher rates? At least the passengers think they're on mainline.
