Since my post is moronic and not worthy of comment, then I'll do just that, I will Keep my mouth shut. Cowards take cheap shots and run. I need to grow a pair.

Couldnt agree more!! :D

Look champ my posts typically dont include flames and i try to encourage an actual debate of the topics, YOU DONT. Your posts are full of hate and negative flamebait. You apparently are rooting for YOUR team and I am rooting for OUR team so be it. Eventually you will see this is coming whether you like it or not. If you choose to be pissed off and hateful throughout your career by all means have at it. I on the other hand have way to much time left in this career and at this company to let this get me bent out of shape and show hate towards either side. Thats not the type of guy i am and its not the type of guy i will become. I will be upfront and admit i want whats best for Everyone, meaning both sides and you have clearly shown you dont, so good luck with all that. cya around the water cooler bud

I for one am planning on giving my hat the 50 mission look the day I get it. That thing will get no respect from me...it will be shoved into the flight bag, dropped on the floor at every hotel, dragged behind my truck when I get home, etc.

Maybe one day the company will give up on that campy, movie prop, cheesy afectation POS. Until then it gets the hose...

Let's see Billy, you slam me for 5th grade reading and then proceed to misspell "received"......EVEN WITH THE FI SPELLCHECKER ENGAGED!!! Guess those Georgia public schools aren't so hot either!!!(I can stereotype too). You are too funny! BTW, I've never lived in MN or gone to school there (MI or TN either). You'd be surprised where I live;).

OK, now that that's been settled.....I agree that it would be great if the GROUP had received more, but I think what was secured is pretty reasonable, even from a DALPA standpoint, given the current environment we are in. More importantly, I don't believe that voting this down will result in more $ for anyone and could result in a lot less. Just my opinion.

It still seems to me that you are a little steamed that NWA is getting a bigger % raise than you even though the fact of the matter is that if you think parity is a requirement the math says NWA MUST get a bigger % raise than you.

320,

No spell checker here Scripps Tool satchel.......

You still don't see my point.....you got a raise...I DID NOT!!!! WE WE WE WE (READ IT!!) WE should have bumped it up further....instead NWA gets a windfall and I see nothing but a loser SLI being pushed into expedited arbitration (exactly what Stevens wanted from day one).....

There should have been more money in there....I could give a flying F*ck how much you got to make parity....at the end of the day, a DAL guy gets NADA, ZIP, ZERO other than double pay green slips and the pleasure of working off of your 1000 sick leave bank and generating revenue for your pension......ooooooo sign me up, this sounds like such a great deal!!

A windfall? NWA pilots are getting an average ~9% pay raise but a ~7% decrease in minimum guarantee for reserves and a ~13% decrease in min guarantee for line holders. Medical premiums are going to increase for us (approximately $200 per month increase for the same coverage). Defined contribution is being "harmonized." A less generous sick leave program. A less flexible trip trading system. We'll have to wear a hat. Losing 150% on anything over 80 hours. Sharing flow down slots if they're needed. Etc.

There's plenty of things for NWA pilots to be less than thrilled about. We don't live in a box though and world events, the economy, the health of the company and reality need to be weighed.

We already lost ~2% in DC and ~2% in pay since we couldn't play nice in February. You really believe we'll be able to do better if we can't play nice this time?

320,

You still don't see my point.....you got a raise...I DID NOT!!!! WE WE WE WE (READ IT!!) WE should have bumped it up further Speaking of READING Bill, go back and READ what I said in my response....skip over the part about your spelling and READ what I said after: "now that that's been settled"....I agree with you that getting more would be GREAT! I then offered my opinion that getting more is probably not possible in the current environment.....instead NWA gets a windfall (I get a 6.5% raise on the 320) and I see nothing but a loser SLI being pushed into expedited arbitration (exactly what Stevens wanted from day one).....define loser SLI
for us Bill.....what do you see being pushed that is unfair?
There should have been more money in there Sure.....that would be nice....how much more would satisfy you Bill? After you down this your negotiators are going to need some specifics as to what to go in and demand from Richard....I could give a flying F*ck how much you got to make parity (I personally REFUSE to refer to any DAL pilots here as "flying F*ck's")....at the end of the day, a DAL guy gets NADA, ZIP, ZERO..Soooo, LOA19 was NADA, ZIP, ZERO......got it other than double pay green slips and the pleasure of working off of your 1000 sick leave bankhow does that work Bill, we get our 6 figure sick leave balances converted to reduced premiums in your cheesy insurance plan that lasts, what 12 months max?Yeah, quite the windfall for us and generating revenue for your pensionyeah, too bad you gave yours up(that lump sum option sounded great...until 2000 of your brothers took it and doomed the plan for those left).....blame Federal law for having to maintain our plan post merger and the associated unfairness of it all......ooooooo sign me up, this sounds like such a great deal!!
Like I've said to you before (and you've ignored) VOTE NO and tell Lee to go out in the current abundant negotiating environment and GET MORE. M'Kay?

At least this JCBA has flow-back arrangements for DAL guys.

Furloughs are coming with or without a merger. I'll vote for a plan E for furloughees.

I hope we have the option of rejecting the flowback rubbish. I have better things to do with my time than flying for Compass. I would rather be Furloughed and getting payed a reasonable wage somewhere than flying for $24 an hour as a RJ FO.

I am not such a fan of any Airline to pay such a prize to keep my job.

Doing crap like that is what got the Airlines here in the first place. Guys ready to work for food stamps. With what end in mind I have no clue!!

Heyas SB,

FWIW, you flow down as a Captain to the top of the list. If you so desire, you can bypass to furlough.

I love the guys to go straight to the "jump to conclusions mat" before reading ANY of the information that both NALPA and DALPA are pumping out.

Do some research before pulling something out of your a$$ and posting. The flowback (if any at all) will go to the left seat making around $65 an hour. If you are so unhappy with the merger, why don't you quit bitc$ing and find another job? (I heard they are all hiring big time) All your whining about the merger is not gonna change a darn thing...

I see from your profile that you flew CRJ's, Beech 18's and King Air's. What did you make in those positions?

THANK YOU FOR PROVING TO EVERYONE YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHATS GOING ON AROUND YOU. EVIDENTLY YOU HAVE NO DESIRE TO GET INFORMED EITHER. PRETTY BIG WORDS FROM A GUY WHO JUST LEFT PINCHANICKLE AND YET IS TOO GOOD TO FLY AT A REGIONAL NOW . ALSO YOU SUCCESSFULLY PROVED THAT YOU HAVE NO CONCEPT ON HOW THE FLOWBACK WORKS. GET INFORMED, TALK WITH YOUR REPS AND AT LEAST GET EDUCATED BEFORE YOU MAKE YOURSELF LOOK LIKE A BUFFOON. ;)

BY ALL MEANS HAVE A DIFFERNCE OF OPINION BUT AT LEAST GET INFORMED.

As of right now you shouldn't even be allowed to vote on this whole thing. That is how un-informed you are.

Windfall was the wrong choice of words.....proportional raise should have been the substitute....you are correct!!

I will vote no.....thanks for the "OK".....

Makes me misty how Lee was your enemy and now he's parting the Red Sea in your eyes.....kinda confused who he's representing, unless he's already made deals to run the combined turd.
