Nope. I was always for this merger. I was always against Delta pilots such as yourself thinking that you should get more than NWA pilots in contract and SLI. Something that you obviously still believe.

You are a dumb ass:smash:

Crawl back into your hole and play with trash and stop us wasting our valuable time listening to you spread your useless opinions.

Dumb ass:laugh:

Can you recommend any good CR attorney's in ATL with a reasonable retainer?

As a NWA pilot, I would not be poking sticks at Delta pilots, they can hurt you more than you can hurt them with this vote
If they vote this down they hurt themselves as much or more than they hurt any NWA pilot. Look around at oil/industry today and listen to what your own MEC says your prospects are without the merger.

You never disappoint! What COLOR is the sky in your screwed up little world? What COLOR does DTW320 mean and why?Ashamed of my race? No, just ashamed that my new airline hired an idiot like you. Still hate me? Gosh I hope so.

Man, it is fun to mess with your little mind! And so easy too!

You are not messing with my mind. Just playing into a web dumb ass:)

A dumb ass like you tries to find a platform to attack from and slowly finds the platform swept from his feet. You want to present me as a racist even when it has nothing to do with our veiw from the Delta side that you are a dumbass. I just pulled that rug from under your feet by stating I am ready to talk about the ills of my race.

I am just very truthful about my observations and you are a DUMB ASS:laugh:

Save your opinions for a DTW hooker. We will pass

Just....Listen to yourself.....you are HILARIOUS!!
I hate DTW320 foolish remarks

Would I suggest a new screen name?

Guess?

Dumb Ass !!

Ha!! You are SOOOOOO clever!! Let's see....Speedbird is the call sign for British Airways. British Airways has very few if any pilots of color. What is the "hidden meaning" of your screen name?:laugh::laugh::laugh:

Well, I think it's time someone says it...

YOU'RE BOTH DUMB ASSES!

And stop with the damn smiley faces!

If you guys can't stand each other, just put each other on your ignore lists. Problem solved. There is no need to bash each other back and forth with childish replies.

Hey 320,

Use those fifth grade Minnesota reading skills and reread my posts and find out where I said I DESERVE MORE than you do....You have RECIEVED more though, but we'll overlook it for the good of the group ok?? THE GROUP deserves MORE!!! Not the one-sided deal you guys got....

Maybe with SLI, it will even out the pain.....

It's all laughable....
Q. How do you judge the success of a merger?
A. If EVERYBODY is pissed, then it was a good merger.

---No, No, No....My name is DUMAS---

If the SLI is negotiated first, what is management's incentive to negotiate yet another contract?

I can see them dragging it out for some time, and giving less. This contract has less than the one in February. Do you honestly think a third would have more???

(question not directed at any one person)

I dont think many people are looking past their noses. If the DAL side votes it down they will be the ones "not cooperating" with DAL Mgmt. The NWA side will probably get their own version of "loa 19" but possibly with the JPWA rates and the SLI will be done Just the same. Vote this down you get the SAME SLI with less gains while also destroying the monumental effects of two MECs working together and forming a solid pilot group which we will have to deal with for the rest of our careers. (if we survive:erm: )

Considering the rest of the industry right now, voting no will effectively make us the biggest losers in all this. Why? because of greed and unreasonable expectations in light of the current events.

The thing that cracks me up is the number of No people on here who dont appear to have even seen the documentation provided by their MEC.

Fact is that the way this was negotiated (read all of the documents) both sides have effectively been out maneuvered.(By the MEC's and the company. With good reason. USAir will not happen here no matter how hard we try. It may get ugly but not that ugly) This will now occur with or with out either side. We will get the SLI with or with out a contract. (DAL guys want SLI before a JPWA and may get their wish. Notice that the MEC's are not in that big of a hurry to have this one ratified. We will probably use all 60 days in which time a SLI might come out)
Problem is that when the dust settles, and we the two MEC's with our membership are still at odds. We will now have an uphill battle in front of us. Ask the red and green book guys how it feels to deal with that kind of internal strife for an entire career.

When you look at the JPWA as a failure over LOA 19, your view is fatally flawed. Fact is that the DAL MEC came out and stated much to its credit that LOA 19 was an insurance policy to guarantee the the DAL pilots the JPWA advances if we the two pilot groups could not come to an agreement. It was no a place to start from for a JPWA. This fundamental difference in thinking is why this will probably be voted down here at DAL.

You guys even called Delta guys scabs. We had ugly jumpseat events towards Delta pilots by Northwest guys. Now a Delta pilot cannot have a No position because you feel the TA is the best thing since slice bread or the roof is falling bla bla bla.
Speak for yourself and stop acting like some stupid kid:D
I have been carrying Delta guys in the freighter even before we started the merger process and you guys and gals still most welcome. 99.99% of the NWA pilots will welcome Delta guys into NWA jumpseats. There is a very very small minority of maniacs in every company-including Delta and NWA. If anybody wants to catch a ride to Anchorage from LAX, ORD or ILN, you are welcome on our 747 freighter. Best damn way to jumpseat in the system in our spacious upperdeck first class seats...or bring your air-mattress and sleep in style---for Delta people, we will even give you a free tour of our cargo facility in Anchorage after arrival. (Currently only NWA pilots can jumpseat internationally on the freighter. After the merger process, NWA/DAL pilots can jumpseat internationally as well-to Tokyo and beyond).

What advantage do we have in voting yes?????

We would be giving NWA a free ride up to our level before SLI. No need to give a pilot group who just cost DAL pilots thousands a hand out!

We should go to arbitration with a clear upperhand instead of giving NWA pilots anything!

PS. My attitude was much better before your MEC cost us all thousands on the fairest deal you guys will see.

We should go to arbitration with a clear upperhand instead of giving NWA pilots anything!there wont be any "upper hand" if you actually read the material or did some actual research then you would know this. Keep being a hothead all you want but get informed.

PS. My attitude was much better before your MEC cost us all thousands on the fairest deal you guys will see BOTH sides had unreasonable expectations back in Feb and were rushed into things. They have had time to come back down to reality and are doing a good job. Do some research and you can see for yourself..

Happy 4th of July!! Go drink a beer and take a deep breath, i think you have fallen off the deep end. ;)

By the way, Do you DAL guys have a merger website? We have a merger website set up by the MEC that contains ALL documentation. Something that might be of interest to you CocknBull would be the "SLI NO PREDJUDICE" Document. Check it out ;)

If you think there is a better deal to be had out there...vote no.

If you think the result of the SLI will be impacted by a rejected TA, you're wrong.

What WILL be impacted is the chance of any improvements to this TA, once Management has a Seniority List in-hand. (The impact will be negative)

Upset?
Angry?
Have issues?
Don't think you're getting your "due"?

List the sequence of events you believe will take place following a rejected TA that will mitigate your troubles.

The TA will pass MemRat at both airlines by a handy margin. It will because the "vote no" cabal can't 'splain Plan B.

Happy 4th!
