NOT... bouyyyyyyyyyyyyy....
It's to hot outside and we are now flying to PHL, JFK, EWR, & DCA...I don't blame 'em for not wanting to fly!
I hope the company fixes the mistake of only ten long call lines for -200 capt for july! PD is aware and is working on it.
Reserve wasn't a cakewalk on the 200 this month-they worked me everyday. I already had 50 credit hours before the middle of June. Short called a whole new crew in because a crew coming in would have delayed their next flight by 30 mins. I guess they're taking the D-0 thing seriously.
Enjoy it while you can. Delta has once again announced that most of the domestic reductions will be from RJ's. With Pinnacle keeping theirs now, the reductions look like they will mostly come from ASA and Comair. In addition to Freedoms, they still want to reduce 70+ RJs. That could mean quite a few reductions from each. Back to looooong upgrades and reserves.

You know wha' dey say: See a broad to get that bodiac lay'er down an' smack 'em yack 'em.
ASA: I thought that a 31 day month on reserve should have 12 days off. Anyone in the know?

The 90 day thing is fact. BTW, have you seen 9E's #'s of late? Much, much better! In fact, they are ahead of ASA's for much of the month. (I know, now hard considering the # of flights they do)
Anyway, if MCO goes bye bye, I imagine at least that many 50 seaters will be parked, in addition to the ATR's. Maybe a total of 20 or so from ASA, Skywest with a similar amount in SLC, and the rest from CHQ and Comair. Lets not kid ourselves....Delta is going to reduce a large amount of 50 seaters this fall. Don't kid yourselves into thinking ASA is completely insulated from this! Add in the usual fall reduction, and we could be in the neighborhood of 290-300 lines on the 200 this fall. If you are a junior lineholder, back to reserve, long calls back to short call, etc.
This is the reality of the new economy.
Trek sucks!
Medeco
scheduling still sucks. They call out of order on the buckets. The daily reserve list is deceptive. You can find out what you need but you have to check the other reserves' etrip to see where you really sit in the call order. etrip is flat out wrong quite a bit. ready reserve is credited 15 minutes short. I understand that a lot of this stuff is new with our contract, but plenty of time has passed for the company to get things right. I would have hoped to see this be better by now with the general direction (up) that the company has taken.
Ouch Man!
I had respect for you until that!
And to the guy with the Fuji logo saying Trek sucks???? YGBSM! Fuji????? Get Real! 09 Madone 5.9 all the way!!!
Call me when Fuji wins 7 Tours!
