NJA pilots.

IT IS TIME TO VOTE NOW!!!

Did you know either orginization has an "out clause?"

If IBT feels there is not enough participation they can get out of the agreement. If that is the case IBT can send it to the NMB. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THE NMB CAN LEAVE US WITHOUT A UNION FOR UP TO 2 YEARS. Obviously that is not good, and the Company doesn't want this either.

Amazing what people will do to self sabotage

What a bunch of freaking dumb@$$es...
Parade around here that they allegedly have the best gig going, then oust the union that got them there.
I can't wait to laugh at the ones bashing everywhere else, when you do yourselves in. Feel sorry for the poor guys who were just happy to get an acceptable contract, only to have a bunch of power-tripping idiots (who likely just don't want to go back to the line) create more drama when it should have finally been settled.
I'm sure mgt loves this! They knew this wouldn't last long, and with fuel the way it is...their puppets will get you guys with NO UNION and anything goes. Genius (not).
Let the FUD begin from both sides...

VOR, don't start drooling yet for the demise of the union. IBT has done nothing all along except take 25% of our dues money. IBT had no idea about IBB till after the deal was signed.

The pilots at NJA and leadership in NJASAP are the union. Not Hoffa and his cronies. With nearly 3000 members strong we now feel we can better use the nearly 1.5 million bucks currently sent to the IBT annually to represent US, not a quarterly trucker magazine.

Maybe if you waited for the facts and saw the results, you wouldn't look like such an idiot like B19 and others.

Wrong.

Many of the same Strong Union folks who helped create 1108 have created NJASAP, after resigning their posts at 1108, of course.

Politics aside.

NJA pilots! VOTE!!!

I don't care WHO you vote for. VOTE!!!

Tell your buddies to vote.

Tell your partner to vote.

Tell people in the crew lounge to vote.

Tell guys on the ramp to vote.

VOTE!!!!!!!!!

You are completely wrong about EVERYTHING you just posted.

All you just did was point the dumba$$ finger at yourself.

He's right on the money. (Excuse the pun)

They wanted representation, they brought in 1108, then 1108 finished the contract that the previous union couldn't get done and the greedy NJASAP leadership wants to cut 1108 out of the dues action and basically not pay them for their efforts and help.

Greedy, greedy, greedy.

I voted for NJASAP on the first day of the vote, and I'm a new hire. I did some research and talked to several people and to me it seems like a no brainer. I think I saw a figure that at least 1200 pilots had already voted by the 15th or so? I'm sure the procastinators will vote soon enough. If there are 1800 pilots out there that are not in the loop then something needs to be done about it other than posts on FI. Is there a way for the union to send out a mass email to everybodys BB to remind them?

you don't work here so you don't anything about it.

You need to keep quiet too......you already made yourself a fcking idiot.....lol

Wrong again, as usual. Who do you think 1108 was when it was created? The pilots didn't "bring in" anybody.

NJA pilots stepped up to the plate and created 1108. NJA pilots did all the legwork, not the IBT. They took all the risk, and provided all the funding. And now those very same NJA pilots who were in leadership positions with 1108 are helping us break from IBT.

No, we want to cut IBT out of the dues action, because we're getting no return on our investment. 1108 has always been an independent union; we've just been paying a cut of our money to IBT for the privilege of doing it all ourselves anyway.

...and basically not pay them for their efforts and help.
Those "efforts" were well paid -- in advance. We owe IBT nothing. Their current "efforts" include supporting political causes, such as GA user fees, that run directly counter to our interests.

wanna compare W2's?

yeah thats what i thought you meant.

now just keep quiet and don't comment about NJ.

Rather compare paychecks.

That little deduction block, the one where your union dues are automatically deducted? Mine's empty. Your's isn't.

The other block that says net pay? Makes me smile as much as yours does you.

Blah, blah blah. Just like every other union contract. Never satisfied and always looking for the cash.

More irony to the whole thing is that it is no secret RTS is/was no fan of the IBT. Going in house is actually something both sides agree on is to all our benefit.

I'll wager that soon after this split is official and company recognizes the new in house union that we get a pain free announcement regarding the official merge of NJA and NJI, well before the IBB language takes effect.

More irony. If B19 and VOR were management types, they'd see the advantage for both sides in this arrangement too. Unless they're management for the failed frac known as FLOPS. That would explain quite a bit.

Screw B19 and VOR. They obviously have no clue what is going on.

Time to call your buddies and make sure they voted and filled out the dues checkoff form. NOW. Not when you are done reading FI. Not tomorrow. NOW!

VOTE!!!!!!

No surprise considering how much you have been posting lately. :) What will your paycheck say when Options management decides your "safety advisory board" services aren't needed any more?

B19 (a union busting bafoon) is trying to hijack the thread. Don't feed the troll.

IT IS TIME TO VOTE. NOW!!!!!

your such an idiot i really can't keep from laughing at you.

You are VERY naive to think your paycheck didn't get larger as a result of the Netjets pilots (and the NJASAP leadership team).

Get a clue....TOOL!

I've done more for NJ pilots (actually the fractional industry with NJ being only a part of it) than they'll ever do for me. And no, my paycheck has and never will be affected by NJ.

now...back to business...

GO VOTE!!!

You are riding the coattails of others DON. You can try and take credit for the work of others, but at the end of the day we all know who is really making the changes in this industry. Isn't that right DON?!? You are a leach. You bring nothing to the table but a bunch of crying.
Poser.

Bafoon 19

It amazes me how you dribble out incorrect and uninformed accuzations. (IBT brought in 1108)

Then other people correct your ignorant remarks and ask you pointed questions.

Then you respond by avoiding the questions with aloof rhetoric?

Truly, you have know grasp on what you are talking about.

(we have overhead and maint and then pay)

You remind me of the moron known as "moisture".

Fischman, I voted on day one.

I knew I could count on you Semore.

Everyone else, HAVE YOU VOTED????

....
You remind me of the moron known as "moisture".

Fischman, I voted on day one.

Mr. Moisture...now that's a blast from the past. His name was mud at our house. We were so glad he dried up and went away. His lack of integrity and bad decisions earned him the boot award.

Semore, being the mission-oriented type that you are, I knew you'd vote right away.

Personally, I think the IBT should have just considered the cards an election return, but they wanted the chance to campaign. Fair enough. NJASAP will still win but I do think there will be some who think they already "voted". If the official ballots are less than the cards then I suggest the card count is the accurate indicator of intent because it said (in writing) that the pilot wanted to be represented by NJASAP instead of the IBT.

Swamp, kudos to you for being proactive and helping your fellow pilots get their forms turned in. This reminds me of something that happened right after the forms were sent to the pilotgroup.

The NJASAP directors started watching for the dues check-off forms on the first day it was reasonable to expect them to be returned. Nothing. The next day...not one. :( With each passing day anxiety was mounting. Was there a mistake on the return address? No. So where were they?? After a week the financial director was so worried he went to the post office and explained he was from NJASAP. They were glad to see him. Hey we got something for you...(dragging out a big box) NetJets said it wasn't theirs.

So you see, Swamp, your help is more appreciated than you know...;) Regards, NJW

and now we get to hear more wise info from don er i mean b19......

i can understand why he's so upset.....im sure Netjets would pay me double what im making now if it wasnt for that damn union right?......
